I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. It has been a long 26 weeks. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Any good templates?

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
