I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. Any experience at all would help. I want reminders to follow up. Are there tools to avoid?

A simple spreadsheet with company, date, contact and next step was all I needed.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
