I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. Any experience at all would help. I want reminders to follow up. Any good templates?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
