Recommendations for free job-search tools (Denver)

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I want reminders to follow up. Are there tools to avoid?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
