I am tracking my applications in a notebook and want something better. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. I do not want to pay for premium features. What do you use?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.

Use a plain one-column résumé with standard headings. Mine got more replies after I simplified it.
