Recommendations for free job-search tools after 9 years as an office manager

I need a résumé template that passes automated screening. I worked as an office manager before this. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Any good templates?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
