Recommendations for free job-search tools after 6 years as a forklift operator

I am looking for free tools that do not spam me. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. A spreadsheet with dates and follow-ups worked a little. Are there tools to avoid?

Set a weekly follow-up reminder on your phone. It is free and effective.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
