Places that helped me after losing my job (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a procurement assistant in San Diego. I have been trying to stay organised about it. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
