Places that helped me after losing my job (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a software tester in Oklahoma City. I worked as a software tester before this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
