Places that helped me after losing my job (update)

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a web developer in Little Rock. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
