Places that helped me after losing my job (Tulsa)

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
