Places that helped me after losing my job - first time posting

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. It has been weighing on me all week. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
