Places that helped me after losing my job - first time posting

I found a few free services in Chicago that I did not know about. I worked as a procurement assistant before this. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
