Places that helped me after losing my job - first time posting

I found a few free services in Tampa that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The library had résumé help and free computer time. What else is out there?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
