Places that helped me after losing my job - first time posting

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a nurse's aide in Kansas City. There are 14 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. A food pantry near me has evening hours.

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.
