Places that helped me after losing my job

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a payroll clerk in Cleveland. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
