Places that helped me after losing my job

I found a few free services in Cincinnati that I did not know about. There are 15 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
