Places that helped me after losing my job (Baltimore)

I found a few free services in Baltimore that I did not know about. There are 16 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
