Places that helped me after losing my job - any advice?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
