I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a sales associate in Louisville. I am in Louisville, in case local advice matters. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
