Places that helped me after losing my job - any advice?

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
