I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a graphic designer in Charlotte. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
