Places that helped me after losing my job - any advice?

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an insurance claims processor in Boston. I worked as an insurance claims processor before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
