I found a few free services in Hartford that I did not know about. Any experience at all would help. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Any other programmes worth trying?

I found free tax help through a community volunteer programme. It saved me a fee.

The job club at my workforce centre introduced me to two people who later referred me.
