Places that helped me after losing my job after 7 years as a paralegal

I found a few free services in Charlotte that I did not know about. I do not usually post, so bear with me. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
