Places that helped me after losing my job after 16 years as a social media manager

A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. This is my first time dealing with any of this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Thanks for this. The library also had printing and a quiet room that I used for phone interviews.
