A neighbour pointed me to a programme that I wish I had known earlier. I worked as a barista before this. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
