Places that helped me after losing my job after 14 years as a customer-service rep

I found a few free services in Sacramento that I did not know about. It has been a long 13 weeks. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Has anyone used the tax clinics?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
