Places that helped me after losing my job after 10 years as a quality inspector

I want to share what helped me after being laid off as a quality inspector in St. Louis. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. The workforce centre ran a weekly job club. Has anyone used the tax clinics?
