I want to share what helped me after being laid off as an operations analyst in Detroit. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. The library had résumé help and free computer time. Any other programmes worth trying?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
