Phone and internet help for people out of work - what worked for you?

I use my phone as my only connection. Any experience at all would help. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
