Phone and internet help for people out of work - what worked for you?

I use my phone as my only connection. It has been weighing on me all week. Some applications need a computer.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
