Phone and internet help for people out of work - what worked for you?

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
