Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I do not usually post, so bear with me. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
