Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I am in Albuquerque, in case local advice matters. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
