Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

I use my phone as my only connection. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Employers call and email constantly. What else should I consider?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
