Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

I use my phone as my only connection. It has been a long 15 weeks. Employers call and email constantly. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
