Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

I use my phone as my only connection. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.
