Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

Alex Grimaldi · 2026-04-15T10:26:38.607Z

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. I am in Birmingham, in case local advice matters. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What did you switch to?

Keep the number you use for job applications, even if you change plans. Employers will call it.
