Phone and internet help for people out of work (update)

I use my phone as my only connection. It has been a long 26 weeks. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
