Phone and internet help for people out of work (Toledo)

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income. What did you switch to?

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.
