Phone and internet help for people out of work, sales associate here

I use my phone as my only connection. It has been weighing on me all week. Some applications need a computer. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
