Phone and internet help for people out of work (Pittsburgh)

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Employers call and email constantly. What did you switch to?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
