Phone and internet help for people out of work, mechanic here

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. Some applications need a computer.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
