Phone and internet help for people out of work (Madison)

I use my phone as my only connection. I worked as a warehouse supervisor before this. Employers call and email constantly. What else should I consider?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
