Phone and internet help for people out of work, line cook here

I use my phone as my only connection. Any experience at all would help. I heard of low-cost plans for people with limited income.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
