Phone and internet help for people out of work (Hartford)

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. It has been weighing on me all week. Some applications need a computer. What did you switch to?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
