Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

I am worried about keeping my phone and internet on during my search. Thank you in advance. Some applications need a computer.

Libraries lend Wi-Fi hotspots in some towns. Mine lent one for three weeks.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
