Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

I use my phone as my only connection. I have been trying to stay organised about it. Employers call and email constantly. What else should I consider?

Ask your internet provider about their low-income plan. They rarely advertise it.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
