Phone and internet help for people out of work - first time posting

My home internet costs more than I can manage on unemployment. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. Employers call and email constantly. Did you qualify for any programmes?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
